About the Doctor

Dr. Pérez Rangel has been practicing for over 30 years. He graduated from one of the most renown Universities in Mexico and completed his specialty at the S.D.D.F.FF. (Medical Services of Mexico City). Ever since, he has been attending numerous national and international congresses, which keep him up-to-date in all the most modern Plastic Surgery techniques. His attendance is not just limited to actualization, but at numerous times he has been invited to participate as a lecturer and as a professor to share his experience and to pass his knowledge.
Besides being officially certified and recertified by the Mexican Association of Plastic, Esthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, he is also an active member of the aforementioned institution as well as of other official institutions of this field. In addition, he is also an Anatomy Professor and serves as the Chief of the Department of Surgical Techniques at the Medicine Faculty of Xochicalco University in Ensenada. While his contributions to articles had been published in diverse national and international magazines, he had authored a manual in the field of Surgical Techniques.
Nevertheless, one of his principal assets is his humanitarian side. Not only because of his altruistic dedication as volunteer in different hospitals, but because of his way of treating his patients, which has brought him to embrace his motto “Hacer bien sin mirar a quién” (“Do right, regardless of whom”).
